The sun is our friend (contrary to popular belief). Just 20 minutes per day (even in small increments) is enough to stimulate serotonin production, increase immunity, and also increase vitamin D production. Sun exposure is also great for clearing up the skin, improving sleep quality, and boosting overall energy levels. Our ancestors LIVED in the sun, so it only makes logical sense that we need it too. The idea that the sun is bad is not true. Too much sun is bad, but too much of anything is. image
