I wish there was a way to let people with addictions know … there are always options. But when they are in the thick of it, there’s really no getting to them. It’s a choice. While we did drift apart after college, the moments we shared, are with me — and always will be. Around me, you were such a sweet and gentle soul, with the best southern accent. Mind you, one of the few that pronounced my name correctly. Your smile lit up a room, thank you for letting me capture that. This one hurts my soul so much, such a cruel world. I know you are at peace now.
