Good morning From Bitcoin Chama?
We had a tourist from the UK visit our community. He is not a bitcoiner. He was really surprised when he found people in rural Kisii Kenya know about bitcoin and are transacting daily with it.
He couldn't even believe bitcoin could be used to make small transactions, so we showed him by buying him a soda and paying with bitcoin at a local shop.
We are still early. Bitcoin is money.

Update:
Guess who the new goat farmers in town?
We have had a few adventurous weeks, visited some new places, met some amazing people and amazing culture too!
We have been goat hunting in our local communities. I've never known goats are this hard to find. After several attempts on homesteads and local goat markets but all in vain, we decided to go to The Maasai Lands for goats. Maasai land is not very far from our community. (about 1.5hour drive from my community)
We bought 5 goats which we all paid for through Bitcoin via Tando. Most of the people we interacted with became very curious about Bitcoin, others insecure about the money we sent and Zero onborders.
The youth who will be taking care of the goats will be earning his salary in Bitcoin. Future returns from the goats will also be saved in Bitcoin on Machankura clans.
To also increase Maranga's earnings, the wastes collected from the goats will be sold to The women Chama farm for sats!
We are building a self reliant Bitcoin community on Bitcoin!
Good morning From Bitcoin Chama?
Bitcoin is money, better money; Transfer value with it, store value with it or measure value with it.
People in our community are embracing it as the better Money and are choosing to live on it everyday.

, Good morning from Bitcoin Chama?
On Friday, we had the monthly meet-up with the women Chama to talk about the progress of the projects and Bitcoin.
With more time they are spending in the Bitcoin space and interacting with it, their hunger for understanding Bitcoin is also rising. The questions keep getting more deeper and tougher with each meeting.
Later, we shared some sats with the members which they will spend locally within our community.
