Got a sore knee, from Monday evening from strength training with weights.
Running is okay, since the sore is easy.
Afterwards higher sore knee.
No pain, just tender and sore.
Ran this morning, afterwards the knee was bigger sore and tender.
So, no strength training this evening.
Will take Thursday morning off running.
Aiming for 30 minutes stretching in tomorrow evening or in the morning.
