Let there be light! The Vatican’s Christmas season began this evening in St. Peter’s Square with the lighting of an 80-foot Norway spruce fir tree from Val d’Ultimo, Italy, and the unveiling of the Vatican Nativity scene from the Diocese of Nocera Inferiore-Sarno.
