Why cooked food is death food..... Take your hand and put it for 10 min in boiling water ..... After 10 min your hand going to be death....that is what happens when you cooke your food, you kill all living cells that where availlable....and after your body has to produce a lot of efford and energy to get ridd off. That is why after eating cooked for your energy levels drop, the only feeling that is left ....that you are feeling full. Those who runn the matrix, they knew this, so they were saying....when we have them cooked food, meat and alcohol. After this they became lazy....they stopt taking care of them self. Alcohol is definitely a tool that satan uses to weaken the minds of people, so evil spirits can easily control the drunk person. Alcohol is a poison for the body, if you like or not. That is why they make a lot of advertising for it. They make it even in the media like this, it is healthy to drink a beer or 2 every day.... Eating meat means eating the corpses of beings who valued their own lives – just as dogs do – and didn't want to die. So you are eating your own energy, because every being here on earth is created out of the same energy...it makes your body dense and the frequency go down plus your intestines are not made for it. The only food that your body can digest easely is fruit and even after some time of eating fruits ....you will stop doing this also because your body is created to take energy from the ether and the sun, and when you exercise your body will gain energy instead of losing. ps....every salt that you eat will make your cells aging faster.... You can see it like this....if your body is like a river...and you put every day more and more waste into.....the river gets durty and the flows not freely any more.
