I'm curious about the ⿱ layout character. It looks from the screen print of the actual character that it's allocated approximately 2/3 top, 1/3 bottom. But that's not reflected in the ⿱, which looks like its 50-50. I would have expected there to be a second version of ⿱ which does have the 2/3, 1/3 allocation. ¿How would rendering software know to do 2/3, 1/3?
