Have you ever worked with someone that never responds to your ideas? They always seem like they are thinking, but never acknowledge what you say. They are good at giving direction but donβt seem to hear what you are saying, or when they do itβs quickly dismissed. Are these people geniuses? Are all my ideas and opinions bad. Probably so.
