Has anyone had personal experience using DMSO as a sunscreen?
if Russia or China are ever going to use BTC for cross border trade to evade sanctions, isn't it going to be necessary to have their citizens buying it up to make it liquid for their currencies? given the west would block the on and off ramps to USD or will the US be in such a pickle to find bond suckers that they look the other way ? or maybe a middleman like Dubai take on the arbitrage with Tether or those currencies on FX or something?
Russia incentivised to use Bitcoin due to bank sanctions. Link to RTnews article on the serious impacts of sanctions and the governments work-arounds I'd be interested in any articles people have on the practical implementation of cross border trade between Russia and other sovereign states

Russia sees the value in a fully encrypted, decentralized messenger service They're freaking out Durov will put in a backdoor for his liberties sake. Russian military bloggers and troops love using Telegram what a great thing experience as a teacher is
By the end of this year Russias central banker has stated they will have made their first cryptocurrency transaction to another country We all know that this is gonna be with Bitcoin A nation state like India, or Iran, with a weakening currency, but have received an appreciating BTC transfer, what should you do, just for Greed's sake? Transfer in BTC means the central bank is irrelevant, and in fact, an unnecessary counterparty risk to the Treasury. A Treasury holds BTC rather than CBDC just because the maths works out Yeah yeah the OGs have talked about it, but it's actually going to happen for sure at least once this year. wonder if theyll report the details officially?
Main chain transaction has been stuck for nearly a month now I sent from kraken whose fee was .ooo2. I don't think I had any choice surely the network hasn't been congested or expensive for that long a period? what the hell is going on here? now I'm starting to understand Fred Kruger's comment that BTC is not a payment network I wanted to use lightning but the recipient wasn't up on that
Yes, they have. perhaps like parker lewis says, the information has been more widely distributed and the signal stronger
