I'm feeling a bit guilty for not posting more recently. It's because I've been insanely heads down on product work.
It's thoroughly humbling how the last 5% of a product consumes 95% of the development time. So many edge cases to accommodate. So many performance improvements to make. So many devices and screen sizes to optimize for. Across web browsers, operating systems, email clients, protocols, phones, tablets, laptops, desktops. Plus GDPR and CCPA. OMG.
Mad respect for any software developer who is able to ship anything worthwhile these days.
