I've been a founder pretty much my entire adult life and my definition of "founder mode" is more of a "founder loop" which is quite simple:
Try best to craft product for customers/users; Meet and talk with them to gather feedback; Debrief with team to strategize and sequence changes; Repeat for as long as you're a founder.
OK! It's identity and communities by a country mile (and in a tie).
