11 min If you look up wild food, forging, cattails figure high.. so I tend to think all this information is pretty solid. It does say something that a more prolific and abundant food source is happily sacrificed to crops that are seen as profitable
@npub1mlls...ay69 Your daily reminder that neoliberalism is the economic variant of the oil and tobacco lobby. Same bank rollers
15 min AMOC has tipped. The point which Rahmstorf declares it to the room you can feel the emotion as the information sinks into the audience. For Europe in particular, this is world altering news. It doesn’t matter if you get rid CO2 emissions anymore, the threshold has passed and it’s on its way to do whatever it’s going to do. The world had better deal with it, particularly Europe. #climatechange #economics #politics
Big corporations have no skin in the game of the of the community they operate in. Look at what’s happening to a community when one whale of a company is a foundation of their economy. Sadly, they’ll simply grasp but straws in every likelihood to find some you know, plug and play replacement

11 min The Internet of sayings is another word for fascist totalitarian rule. This guy is British, but they may be subject to the same anti-rights to repair laws because the US forces it internationally basically meaning that if they wanted to restore the functionality of the devices, they paid money to β€œown” they would be thrown into jail for returning functionality to their own devices.
@npub1uw8g...88kr 45 min The US pretends to be in a rivalry with China for technology especially in the form of a space race Elon Musk is the primary reason why we have lost already and probably any other nation at this rate. India and Europe will have bases on the moon before the US ever will. At least Europe might if they can fend off US billionaires. That is if the satellites now polluting the skies don’t end up destroying all access to space flight.
