Why Incandescent Bulbs DON'T really Flicker (Even on AC Power)? All THERMAL sources have large inertia (lag) They can’t change brightness instantly. That’s why Incandescent bulbs barely flicker, even on AC power (50/60 Hz). Let me explain..
