1st ring of many poured and tomorrow the excavation begins and pull forms drop ring and reinstall forms, repeat possibly 30-40 times to get the depth needed. The rungs of ladder are set so form has slots that allows us to pull it off and block again for new ring. It's a high tech, hand dug well. #permaculture #homesteading #Offgrid #gardening

Well, the inner form is in and all reinforcements and support is in. In about an hour they'll pour the first ring of the well casing. Amazing how much reinforcement is needed in these rings.
