11. Cooking healthy food is easier than you think. Grill some meat. Fry some vegetables. Bake a potato. There’s 100 variations of this.
12. Exercise is literally an anti-depressant. Sad? Angry? Anxious? Go to the gym.
13. Your family needs you HEALTHY, not just hardworking.
14. Lift weights 3-4 times per week. That's it. The other 165 hours of your week matter more for fat loss than your gym time.
15. Skipping leg day is keeping you weak and deprived of testosterone. Go. Train. Legs.
16. Never sacrifice form for ego lifting. If you can’t lift the weight with proper form, just don’t.
17. Protein isn’t optional. At least 50g per meal, 3 times a day.
18. Food addiction is real. You'll never control your life if you can't control what you eat.
19. The secret to self-control is avoiding environments that require it. Leave bad environments & toxic people.
20. If you try to be perfect you will fail, just be better than yesterday.
