in 24 hours over 10.000 Ukrainians left the country after the new law made it possible for 18ish year old Ukrainians to leave through the border. The law states that they must come back after reaching 23ish year old (good luck forcing them). I have a theory for why this is happening. The bulk of anti-gov protesters are Zoomers. I think Zelensky is allowing them to leave so his government wont become more destabilized than it already is. So far there's been no reports of mass kidnappings at EU border checkpoints. Most of the Ukrainians are leaving for central Europe.
