At the moment, the west is able to have a monopoly over whites because if they leave it is basically ensured that over time their children will become brown. Yes there is massive non white immigration but the white population itself in the west is solid, compared to say Brazil. This is why I start with Christianity because it is easier to separate ourselves from an idea than it is to leave, because leaving has some persistent downsides
