are any Verge articles free anymore? for me whenever I click any of them it tells me to subscribe. reader mode on iOS Safari hides the popups and lets me read the content but otherwise I don’t remember it all being paywalled?

since they have banned accounts in the past for it. i used gemini 3 pro to create a script which had custom pagination to go back and find tweets. works quite well! goes back to 2010.
would be curious to see more experienced people dive into this, but for now i've vibe coded that simple webapp to show basic graphs & word clouds the whole thing was done by scraping a reverse engineered twitter api (emusks) - www.npmjs.com/package/emusks - although i wouldn't risk using this much npmjs.com/package/emusks
