Well, since the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled in favor of Grayscale, in a lawsuit against the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on the matter of a bitcoin ETF, and SEC doesn't really have ground to appeal, there isn't much choice for the bankster gangsters...
Looks like we will have #Hyperbitcoinization after all.
