It occurred to me (in the normal visions and insights I receive that seem as though they are "my thoughts") that my 'inner child' is another entity and perhaps that trauma is a method by which beings are created.
How was the universe created? One being 'breaking off' or separating off from another perhaps under some duress. Is trauma creating new beings all the way down in some sort of hierarchy (this would align with Greek understanding of The Gods) ?
Perhaps trauma is a part of life that guides us to change and development. "Catalyst" if you will. The universe itself was going through a catalytic change perhaps when it was created.
