Another 0.25 gm Psilocybin Micro Dose this morning and an ocean swim and beach walk for about an hour. There is a lot of anger that is coming up from my youth 35 years ago. Time to heal. Tomorrow I do another largish micro dose and tackle it. It all feels very cathartic and healing to release all of this stuff. Its been a long time but I'm finally able to release it.
