back from an AI training/conference and decompressing. we are absolutely going to see agentic models take center stage next year. you can now get a 10x dev simply by building agents based on your best employees work and engagements. the 10x is simply scaling and for all intents and purposes there no reason it couldn't be 20x or 1000x depending on use case. it will be a race to agentify once normies catch onto how easy it is to scale your capacity this way. once about 30% of the workforce adopts a critical mass will wake up to transhuman capital we should see reactionary elements. i think that will be the tipping point and the question is will it be 2027 or 2028 and how prepared will localities be by then for that event.
