nostr can be confusing to those unfamiliar with it
@primal has created a wonderful UX and I recommend it to all newcomers
I donโt use nostr as a typical social media tool, I use it as a comms layer for @Canadian Orange Party ๐
I only follow @Canadian Orange Party ๐ (central) and active orange operators
I use the app to receive broadcast announcements from central, to send or receive encrypted direct messages with operators, and to send/receive sats (small fractions of bitcoin)
I send sats to central to support projects
I receive sats from central for work done
I vote on proposals with sats
I donโt scroll feeds, I only check the platform once a day or when Iโm inspired to post a note
Hope this helps others who are struggling to navigate nostr and understand the utility of it
