Locking in a fiat dollars denominated contract with a fixed payment ever year that payment is payed back with devalued dollars.
The problem most stupid fucks run into is they trade homes ever 4-7 years, therefore resetting the interest.
What if you purchased a home in 1992 (my first) the payment was right at $400 that payment was locked in for 30 years! Can you imagine a $400 payment right now? How easy would that be. What if I took that difference and put that in other assets that could make the payment for me. What if I had a $400 payment and was able to put $1500 month into bitcoin?
This is a pure cash flow play based on a dying fiat dollar. Who knows in a few show years you can pay off your mortgage with a $1 trillion note like in Zimbabwe.
Play the game! Stack more Sats. Lock in payments at a fixed rate and pay back slowly with fiat crap dollars.
