Wonderful appointment, I love that our tiny hole has the Ulster Orchestra as its classical flex. My son went to see their May 4th Star Wars showcase and it was brilliant.
Made funeral potatoes yesterday in honour of the Utah contingent. They were grand, but general concensus was that our regular cheesey bake is better. Addition of a cornflake topping will be upheld and carried forward however.
