People are free to make whatever choices they want, like how the BlueSky team decided to turn into an old version of Twitter to attract Elon’s haters. Fair enough. The good thing about Nostr is, there’s no central team that can make such decisions for the whole protocol.

On Nostr, the Web of Trust based feed makes a lot more sense than a strict following feed. You can set the depth, friends of friends, or even 3–4 degrees out. It’s a great way to discover new people & expand your web of trust by interacting and following them. It filters spam, works trustlessly, & just feels like the perfect system for Nostr. At least to me.

i try not to have strong opinions on us internal politics, it’s not really my place. but i do fear they might end up starting a war with iran, which would be a disaster for everyone. even if neither side wants it, i feel like it’s still coming. i really hope the american people stop it, because this would be devastating for all.
