Eat leafy green veggies for hormesis. And antioxidants. Boil them and dump the water.
Eat veggies and spices and lots of fruit and many colors. Skip processed sugar and corn syrup.
Eat steak and eggs and pork and chicken and beans and mushrooms.
Avoid badly processed oils and enjoy good seed oils, use lard, use a variety of oils; there are so many to choose from! Donβt touch crisco. Or hydrogenated.
