Hey! I spent the last few days vacationing in Naples after wrapping up my first leg in Ft. Lauderdale. #loa I was enjoying the sun and heat of Ft. Lauderdale every day, stretching outside, working out outside, biking, walking, and swimming. It was time for me to relocate for a few days and make way for my hosts to entertain another group of family and friends for a few days. I couldn’t be more grateful to Tim and Katie for allowing me to spend so much time with them at their beautiful home. Naples has been more of a vacation, fancy dinners, cocktail bars, and piña colada’s, but still moving every day, still stretching, and still getting good sun. We played some mini golf, hit the beach and pool. I took a nice morning bike ride to Publix to get some essentials for breakfasts and lunches and then took a nice long walk with my friend Corinne. I think the next two or three days will be much less vacationy and more business and fitness oriented. Oh yeah, and a couple #catstr
