I'm a garden-variety web developer who has embarked on using this potential utility for shenanigan-free convivial public discourse.
when Dargoyle's shift of sitting on gothic gutters is over:

'Gerbils of Zugzwang'
https://pub-1cef1393d05a4f79a7807fb584e5430b.r2.dev/GerbilsOfZugzwang.opus

a post I wrote back in the privation days of 2008.
TV. ... Dial-up internet. That's ALL WE HAD back then!
Now I found a reader to perform it. He says it's free of charge (then he said something under his breath about 'no-longer-needed-human' but I'm pretty sure we'll be fine)
audio here:

It's 3:20, 3:20 again
lights shimmering down along the coast
I'm awake. Just off a 4-hour shift of sleep.
3:20 again.
It's 3:20, 3:20 again
a time to reflect while most are sleeping
sitting here thinking about what rhymes
3:20 again.
sailed a course that took me right into the middle of the night
standing alone on lookout before tomorrow returns
currents remain resolute, heading into another day
no use trying for sleep, I'm up in the middle of the night
drifting, drifting, through thoughts made of clay
no use trying when it's 3:20 in the morning
