🤯 Wow, if there ever was a Proverb that speaks to our 🤥😈corrupt monetary system it is this one…
“The uncultivated field of the poor yields abundant food, but without justice, it is swept away.”
Proverbs 13:23 CSB
Basically, the 🌱 “uncultivated field” represents the humble or meager means of the poor that could produce a harvest 🌾 for them and help them change their lot in life.
In fact, some commentators suggest that this is a reference to the productive potential of God’s creation, 🌍 available to anyone.
⚖️😡 However, injustice (corrupt economic/monetary policy) sweeps away that potential, frustrating the efforts of the poor and keeping them subjugated.
Today, our corrupt monetary 💸system does the same. Inflation, debt-based currency, and unjust weights & measures ⚖️ rob the poor of their harvest before they can enjoy it. Wages don’t keep up. Savings are eroded. Opportunity is stifled.
The tragedy isn’t lack of resources — it’s injustice distorting God’s design.
🏗️ Christians are called to build enterprises that resist this corruption — creating value, honoring🫡 just exchange, and unleashing abundance for families and communities.
👉 What would it look like if we stewarded money and business in line with God’s justice instead of man’s manipulation?
Learn more about that through my new digital course, The Redemptive Enterprise…

Proverbs 13:23 (CSB) - The uncultivated field of the poor | YouVersion
The uncultivated field of the poor yields abundant food,
but without justice, it is swept away.
If you came to Christ through emotional or intellectual coercion and not through the power of the Holy Spirit, then you will be reliant not on Jesus, but on the ones by whom you were coerced.
I’m learning the painful, yet freeing, lesson that God will work in spite of, or through, my failures as a parent.
Most Christians despise their eternal inheritance because they have mis-applied the lie that “money is the root of all evil.”
How could we have an economic inheritance in heaven when money is evil?
Instead, we assume heaven will be something akin to the perfect socialist commune where there will be no money and everyone will be equal. That’s not what the Bible teaches.
Learn more about the profound biblical significance of money here, including its metaphoric nature to the eternal value of God’s people…

I have always been pale and burned EVERY summer. This is the first summer I have not burned and have maintained a tan throughout.
OUTSIDE:
No sunglasses
No hat
No sunscreen
No burn
INSIDE:
Blue light glasses
Hat
Long sleeves (skin protection)
Very counterintuitive isn’t it?

☢️ Recent #bond market volatility has caused great consternation. 😱 The pain that many are feeling is the result of being in bondage to the government.
📝 Lesson for Christian business owners: Instead of buying bonds and placing our trust in the government, Christian business leaders should be relying on God's provision and investing in value-creating businesses and ethical finance.
