Exchange reserve charts usually present false data, they need a lot of maintenance to keep the addresses labels up to date, which clearly coinglass and similar website don’t do, this chart is missing around 1.5 million btc in exchanges reserves, don’t rely on them for stats and information. The drop in reserves that happened because of a huge move by Kraken and Coinbase to new addresses, not because of withdrawals
