In a bowl:
3 cups Einkorn Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Flour
2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Salt
Whisk dry ingredients.
In a blender:
12 Medjool Dates (Pitted & chopped)
3/4 cup Maple Syrup
1/2 cup Milk of your choice, I always use raw
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3/4 cup Melted Butter
Blend until smooth, scraping sides down and blending some more
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, mix together, without over mixing.
Mash 5 Overripe Bananas, add to batter with 3/4 cup of Dark Chocolate Chips. Gently mix everything together.
Grease a 9x5โ loaf pan with butter and line with parchment paper, leaving a 1โ overhang on two sides. Bake your banana bread on 350 degrees F for about 90 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let it cool fully in loaf pan, then turn bread out and slice. Serve with smeared butter. Enjoy! XO ๐
