what a strange time ... I use to argue on the side that the USD will always have a relevance ... now these wing-nut videos don't seem so crazy...

2018 I was working on a climate change idea/website that used AI to predict which areas would be more prone to fires or flooding, with the idea of using it to help "reprice" home values. Tested it on UK data & won a hackathon (and proved its value) ... was going to roll it out for North America... But I felt like home owners would get shafted for their home value ... so I shelved the project & never looked back. Now looking at the climate chaos we're in ... I have moments of regret in not putting it out there. Long story short ... home prices of the past will not be home prices of the future.

Been a week of highs & lows ... nothing worse than having a bit of a summer flu while Bitcoin is pumping ...
