Breathe deeper. Release tension. Move with intention. Let your presence speak for you. Your energy tells the truth before you do.
Meditation really changed my life. I can’t recommend it enough. Commit to 20 minutes a day for 40 days and see if you notice yourself more calm, collected, and clear at the end.

Yoga has become one of my favorite practices. I’ve been enjoying the mental benefits that come from practicing the physical poses and the fulfillment that comes from teaching others. The physical practice helps cultivate more inner peace, creates a sense of liberation, & helps still the fluctuations of the mind. I’ve also noticed I can sit for much longer in meditation after practicing. Feeling excited for what’s to come both as a student and teacher.
Do what you love and don’t look back. Every step taken from fear leads to regret. Every step taken from love leads to peace.
