Seattle is a beautiful city. Lots of pockets of nature preserved throughout the city. This is a couple of minutes from my townhouse in city limits.

The wet render method is a great way to get very clean tallow for skincare. I’m on my second round and after filtering, it should be good to go with a noticeably lesser “beef” smell and very pure.
