Dec 10, 2025 @ 18:50 Good evening family & friends❣️ We had a great snowy day today, the snow fell until mid-afternoon. I had a fun photo session with my PoiBoiz today...the neighbor came and plowed us out...Zoey and her dad shoveled all around and snow-raked the roof...the grands had a snow day so Leelan got called into work and Lyra wanted to go Christmas shopping and Luna came here while their parents took Lyra, and we had a great time with Luna! I took lots of pictures, she brought her snow suit and was thrilled that the neighbor made piles of snow on the front lawn with the driveway snow, she had a blast on those and also got to play with Zoey for a few minutes. So it was a good day all around! Tomorrow I hope to get all of today's photos edited and share the best ones. I also think I will do a Thrilliance post rather than Fursday, just for a change. And of course Don will have a guest post. Anyway I am on my way to bed and wanted to say good night, and I will see you in the morning❣️🥱🤕🙏🛌

We have no plans today, won't be going shopping due to weather now, but turns out our youngest grand will be coming over for a while so that's going to be fun! I was planning to try a new squash dish with supper today, she might want to help me with that as she loves to cook with me. After an 11-hour sleep last night I am hoping I won't need a nap today at least until after she leaves! Dec 9, 2025 @ 12:44 Good afternoon family & friends❣️ It's just past noon and been a long day already - phew! Was up before 06:00 to get ready to accompany Pete to his appointment with a new doctor for some new developments he has going on...we were there for a couple of hours and learned quite a bit, the doctor was wonderfully informative and ordered quite a bit of testing, some of it in Ann Arbor (with potential treatments there), so that will be coming up. I'm glad that I went. Anyway I'm needing to go back to bed so I had something to eat then did the "morning 3". Because of weather conditions Pete cancelled his afternoon appointment in Clare - happy about that for selfish reasons. I am not sure if I will be back again today or not (🤕😵😣) but I hope you have a terrific Tuesday and I will for sure - God willing - see you tomorrow if not before❣️ 🙌 🎶 🌟 👑 🌟 🛐 ❄️ 🎄

Dec 8, 2025 @ 12:52 Good afternoon family & friends❣️ And happy Monday! I got a late start - which seems to be becoming a habit - after a 16-hour night in bed. Finally woke up just after 11:00, made my tea, tidied up the kitchen while it was steeping, got the PoiBoiz out, fired up my laptop and started my browser - which, since a couple of updates ago, takes 3-4 minutes to get going - and visited my happy place so I could post before noon. Yes, people do post there at other times of the day occasionally but for the same reason I don't wear white after Labor Day or pearls in the daytime and count every step when I ascend or descend a flight of stairs, etc., I do not. Anyway I have no plans today, what will be will be. It is sunny but cold outside. I would like to say that I will accomplish much but apparently I'm no longer in control of that situation so we shall see. For now, I will put the PoiBoiz back in their respective homes and get dressed. Dec 7, 2025 @ 18:29 Good evening family & friends❣️ I will be going to bed shortly, today didn't turn out as intended (the 5th was a fluke hahaha) but I did get Don's Guest Post up at least, and got the pot of dog food - in this batch, because people ask: pork, beef heart, lamb, sweet potato, oatmeal, eggs, plus the usual additions - started which Pete is finishing up so that I can go to bed. Our fridge and freezers are getting pretty bare and we're trying to use up what we have before shopping again. We were going to go tomorrow but we can probably eke out another few days; then we'll do a Costco trip and stock up for the rest of the month. We've been using Sam's club for the last year, just for a change, but are going to go back to Costco now that our Sam's membership just expired. There is about a 2-mile difference in distance which is not great enough to warrant sticking with Sam's when I prefer Costco. Their meat prices are getting high but we now buy most of our meat from a couple of local butchers anyway. So it will be good to use up some things that we haven't been using before we fill the larders - so to speak - again. I will see you guys in the morning, good night❣️🥱🤕🙏🛌

Dec 7, 2025 @ 13:29 Good afternoon family & friends❣️ It looks like a bright day outside but with the curtains and blinds closed I'm not sure if the sun is out. Looks like we'll get a little snow with temps in the upper 20s today. I don't think I'm going anywhere. Pete and Leelan went to church. I want to "use" my new pain pill to see if it can allow me to go back but want my first time trying it to be while I am at home since I tend to have...um...unpredictable reactions at times to such things! Anyway, I finished playing through my 2nd "new" modern hymnal yesterday, so now I will work on the next stage, probably with the 1st book, one song at a time. And will be able to record them as I go now that my camera is set up again after the latest rearrange. Since this year I'm not able to do as much I'm thinking I will repost some of my recordings from past years for Christmas instead, unless I am divinely inspired to do otherwise. Either way this week recordings will begin again, about which I'm excited! I do plan to do some posting today as well, but we will see if I will be awake enough to do so 🙄😏.
