Sometimes you help the most with not helping.
We might think that when one of our loved one or friend has a problem we shall help them to solve it.
But sometimes, we will just annoy them with our help. We just overwhelm them because on top of their problem, we give them lots of ideas that stress them more instead of helping.
So sometimes better to take a step back, and only give help when it is requested.
Also in case someone has a problem, and someone else is already giving advice, our help could lead to being overwhelming more, because it will seem like that everyone is telling the person what to do, who has a problem already.

Little caring tip:
Have small sweets at home, and hide one with a kind message in the pocket of your loved one, or friend.
Make it in a way, that they will only notice it when you are not there. Or even better, hide in a pocket what they use the less and send a message when you are not there: "Check your pocket"
