We just observe and let it go according to truth, and then we won't suffer. I've become someone with low time preference, prioritizing family much more as the most important thing, able to save money when I couldn't do it before at all, knowing how to ask questions, valuing time and health, understanding that problems in society we see sometimes might not be anyone's fault but are due to the system.
