@Proton Wallet I know you are not ProtonMail, but you're part of the same Proton organization so I'm hoping you'll get this message and relay it to the rest of Proton.
I just want to share how frustrating it has been to use a protonmail.com email address for YEARS AND YEARS without knowing that protonmail.com email domains are being automatically diverted away from the Inbox of the intended recipient and instead are being routed into the SPAM box of the intended recipient.
In today's world, people are assholes. They don't respond to things. They "ghost" people and don't have any moral qualms about it which is fucked up. People expect things to work. The default expectation isn't that my emails are being delivered to the intended recipient's SPAM folder. The default expectation is that my emails are being delivered to the intended recipient's Inbox.
For years, I've been getting stonewalled in my attempts to reach out to various people for various reasons and I didn't understand what the fuck was going on. I only recently learned that it's because your email domain is being subverted by your competitors' SPAM filters.
If I've been with Proton for years and years, why have I not been made aware of this issue by ProtonMail yet? You need to make that abundantly clear to your users SOMEHOW. I've been languishing, alone, for years, wondering why the fuck nobody returns my emails. Why didn't you let us know what was going on? Why didn't you relieve us of the frustration we were experiencing by informing us?
