$50 per member (that’s to pay our bills) PLUS A request of approximately $60 for members under 55, $120 for members 55+ and $180 for families of 4+. These funds go to another member to help them with their health event. CrowdHealth does not touch this money! image

Crowdfunding has been completed for the month. Our requests continue to be heavy on injuries and babies. Thanks to everyone who agreed to fund humans, not health insurance this month. image
"This one is personal. @Mark_MNLocal and I started talking about the differences between libertarian, conservative, and liberal views of how to fix healthcare but I stopped the interview. Who cares about politics. We cut it from the final version. I knew he was going through something hard. I had gone through it also....we had both lost our baby girls. We wear our hearts on our sleeves at CrowdHealth and you don't see two dads very often talking about this subject. It's an emotional interview so give us some grace. We hope someone who needs to see it will watch. Much love." - Andy, CEO CrowdHealth image
“There is no metric that I am aware of that is more highly correlated to the length of a persons life than their VO2 max.” @peterattiamd We are going to make a respiratory test called VO2 max fully fundable for the month of August. Here are the rules: You must perform the test and submit a receipt in the month of August. Receipts submitted or tests done before or after August will not be accepted. All bills will be crowdfunded in September. We will submit a max of $150 to the community for this test. When you submit the bills via the app you will categorize them as “Other” A VO2 max location may not be near your home so this offer may not be accessible to everyone. We are sorry about that but want to make it accessible to as many people as possible. 🧡🧡🧡

Huge favor to ask: This week we are sending all our current customers a link to Trustpilot to leave a review. We would be incredibly appreciative if you would respond to that link and leave us your thoughts on how we are doing. Its one click…super easy. It’s better to leave a review by following that link given Trustpilot’s algorithms. We are doing this because “CrowdHealth Reviews” is highly searched on Google and Trustpilot is the first or second result returned. We want to grow the Crowd! We are far from perfect so if we have wronged you in same way or have let you down please DM us and we promise to make it right. We are thankful for you! 🧡🧡🧡

We head south for our next stop. We 🧡 Greenville, SC for its southern hospitality, great food, and its hospitals willing to give >75% discounts for cash payers. Makes us wonder: if you can get a mammogram for >75% cheaper does there really need to be a health insurance determined limit on how often you can get mammograms? Colonoscopies? Other preventive procedures? Can paying in cash actually save lives? image
