Russia is going to build the world's first underwater gas tanker. It will be able to sail under the Arctic ice and deliver gas directly from underwater deposits to ports on the mainland. The nuclear plant will allow the tanker to glide safely under the ice.

Im not American but I have lived there for some tine and if more Americans were conscious about how their tax paying money was used and stopped the imperial corruption and embezzlement then America would be a great civilization and the world would actually know peace.
