Jimmy welcomes back Twila Brase, president of the Citizens’ Council for Health Freedom, to talk about Senator Rand Paul’s new bill — the Safeguarding Personal Information Act of 2025 — which aims to repeal the federal Real ID law. Brase argues that Real ID functions as a federally controlled digital identification and surveillance system disguised as a state-issued driver’s license, warning that it could evolve into a global ID tied to biometrics and social credit tracking. She and Jimmy discuss how Americans can opt out and revert to standard state licenses through her organization’s campaign at RefuseRealID.org, while urging people to resist further government control and data collection. The discussion also highlights privacy concerns over airport facial recognition cameras, biometric data storage, and growing federal overreach into personal freedom.
You know I don't see why so many are so willing to cozy up to the government when it comes to bitcoin. Bitcoin is permission-less. This means we need no ones permission to use it. Not even the governments'. What are they going to do? We have Bitcoin DEXs now. Going to try to shut down the on and off ramps we'll just use those. Right now, in most places, you still have the ability to stand up to the government and tell them what WE WANT, not what they think we should do or what they want us to do. If it comes down to where they start arresting folks for using it or running nodes or mining equipment then we have WAY MORE to worry about then financial stability/soverignity.

7 billion years old!! Wow man. Even if it's not an alien mothership, it's still pretty cool. I wonder what we would find if we took samples from it? View quoted note →
